Domestic Shipping

Delivery is FREE on orders over £50.00 otherwise £5.00

Orders arriving with us by noon will usually be dispatched on that day and sent either by the courier Interlink Express on their traceable next day home service or lighter items go by Royal Mail.

Delivery charges are for delivery to mainland Great Britain addresses. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are special cases. See the table below for delivery charges to these areas.

We can not send chemicals overseas to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland.

All deliveries of chemicals from PoolStore comply with the government's legislation, namely The Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations 1996 and The Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulations 1996.

This Legislation covers goods from explosives and radio-active material to hair dye and bleach. Our pool chemicals come very low down on the 'dangerous' scale. However we must, and always do, use special United Nations approved and classified packaging. These boxes are much stronger than ordinary boxes and ensure that your goods will arrive safely and in good condition.

UK Special Cases

The prices are for one parcel with a weight up to 15kg and the package cannot be more than 1.0m long in any direction. This means that we cannot ship solar covers for these prices, please email us of you wish to ship a solar cover.

Overseas Shipping

We offer overseas shipping on all non-chemical items. The following list are the price for the most popular European countries that we ship to. If your country is not on the list please email us for a price. The prices are for one parcel with a weight up to 31kg and the package cannot be more than 1.0m long in any direction. This means that we cannot ship solar covers for these prices, please email us if you wish to ship a solar cover.
